IMP-8 LEPEDEA MOMENTS DATA

This home page provides access to moments (densities,flow speeds) data taken from the University of Iowa LEPEDEA (Low Energy Proton and Electron Differential Energy Analyzer). The ASCII data set (generated at NSSDC by extracting moments from full records) are placed at NSSDC's anonymous FTP site nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov in directory spacecraft_data/imp/imp8/plasma_lepedea/ At this directory a user can find a description of the data and the experiment .
